Members of the Institute crafted a consensus framework reflecting the scope of finance talent development and learning. The framework provides a common language to our topic discussions and captures company practices, processes, and key learnings in a systemic way. This framework is used widely by member and non-member companies to better understand their strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
