FDTI member companies shared how they are building skills and capabilities to transform the CFO organization, accelerate change and support strategic evolution.

ATLANTA, GA, UNITED STATES, January 22, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Another powerful Finance Development & Talent Institute (FDTI) Alliance Workshop in the books — this time hosted by The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, GA.

Over two days, senior leaders from top global organizations came together to explore how to “drive business transformation through finance talent development”. Topics ranged from building the future of finance, capabilities, and leadership development to identifying talent markers (special thanks to Alan Nelson, Co-Managing Partner at CRA | Admired Leadership), accelerating change, and communicating for impact. The conversations were rich, forward-thinking, and deeply human — exactly what FDTI stands for.

The event was held on November 5-6, 2025, at The Coca-Cola Company headquarters. The workshop, organized by the FDTI Alliance, was attended by member companies The Coca-Cola Company, Dow, Dell Technologies, Ecolab, General Mills, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, Land O’Lakes, Inc., Verizon, and our newest alliance member, GE Aerospace. Additionally, Delta Air Lines attended as a distinguished guest.

The goal of the FDTI workshop is to provide a platform for finance and finance talent leaders to exchange ideas, share best practices, and collaborate on solutions to shape the future of finance.

Our next workshop, Growing CFO Leaders, Powered by AI, will be hosted by General Mills at their headquarters in Minneapolis, MN, on April 14-15, 2025.
